We've recently changed our decaf sourcing from the natural EA process to the more desirable, time-intensive, supercritical CO2 method. Through this non-solvent-based method of decaffeination, you'll notice a richer crema and more pleasant flowery aftertaste, indicative of our Grande Italia heritage. Roasted to a medium color, it's perfect when you want the espresso experience but not the caffeine.
